We have invested heavily in the latest wet grinding equipment to sharpen all your kitchen and sporting knives using Stone, CBN and Diamond abrasive wheels cooled in water at low RPM to ensure the blade never gets heated causing damage to the blade temper and potentially ruining your blade.
We use the latest equipment to access your blades bevel angle and replicate this angle in sharpening and honing to ensure a razor sharp and durable edge.
We bring scissors and shears back to razor sharp using the Ookami Gold system with Diamond abrasive wheel and the Ookami Gold polishing wheel.
