We specialise in precision sharpening of knives and scissors. We do not use high speed belt driven systems in our knife sharpening process which allow for a quick sharpening process. Rather we use low speed water cooled system with software generated precision bevel angle finder to create precise and durable blade edge that will impress and endure professional use.
